Track assign, return and deposit flows
Monitor devices via events (heartbeat/status)
To meet these objectives, devices must be integrated into our platform a single time, after which they can be continuously operated and monitored. At a high level, the workflow for a return machine is as follows:
(ONCE) Enroll Device → Verify Connection
(CONTINUOUSLY) Scan Event → Verify Item → Return Event → Deposit-return → Status Update (Fill level)
