microphone-standEvent Solutions

Devices are essential for delivering scalable infrastructure for events, municipalities, and festivals in tracking reusable items. They must be user-friendly and easy to monitor, eliminating the need for manual updates or maintenance. Our goal is to:

  • Enroll devices fast, securely and easily

  • Verify, operate and deploy devices reliably

  • Track assign, return and deposit flows

  • Monitor devices via events (heartbeat/status)

To meet these objectives, devices must be integrated into our platform a single time, after which they can be continuously operated and monitored. At a high level, the workflow for a return machine is as follows:

  • (ONCE) Enroll Device → Verify Connection

  • (CONTINUOUSLY) Scan Event → Verify Item → Return Event → Deposit-return → Status Update (Fill level)
