Relevo’s Kiosk Return option provides a self-serve solution for returning reusable items, offering businesses a low-cost and efficient alternative to traditional return posters, employee-managed returns (Partner Scan) or return vending machines (Vending Machine Integration). A simple tablet device with a camera can function as a standalone return scanner, making it easy to implement.

Assigning Items

Kiosk Return affects only the return process and can be used alongside any of Relevo's existing item assignment methods. The system's flexibility allows businesses to combine different workflows to suit their needs.

Returning Items

  • Users approach the kiosk and scan the QR code sticker on their items using the device's camera.

  • After confirming the return, users leave the items in designated bins or areas.

  • This process eliminates the need for return posters, employee involvement, or guests scanning items themselves.

Relevo offers a complete package for Kiosk Returns, including a device, stand, software setup, and theft protection. Alternatively, businesses can use their own hardware.

To set up Kiosk Returns, businesses need:

  • An input device with QR code reading capabilities.
